How To Determine The Size Needed For My Greenhouse

I was never in to plants in fact, I never thought of planting, greenhouse, nursery as a hobby ever. My life started & ended from the school I teach. This was last year summer when I had to adopt few beautiful plants as my friend was moving abroad and she wanted me to have them. Without knowing anything I went to the market having 1000 in my pocket, to buy stuff for making my green house. It was a disaster I wasted so much time, money & effort on nothing. Now after a year I have a beautiful greenhouse, one I feel proud of but I learnt the hard way. Basically I wanted to talk about the lessons I learned. Always decide your budget first; this will help you determine many factors regarding your greenhouse, including the size. The bigger the greenhouse the more expensive it is.
When I started I had no idea what I needed. The Greenhouse ended up being on the larger scale and in the end what I wanted were just few seasonal beautiful plants and not vegetables & herbs. Lesson learnt, plan ahead if you want to have home grown vegetables only then go for a big greenhouse otherwise a nice small green area is enough for you.
Always keep at least two feet walkway in between the rows of plants. As one need to do a lot of gardening as well as other tasks there. I relax in the greenhouse in the morning while having tea.
Overall it’s great to have greenery around you & it helps you relax but you really need to plan ahead. Otherwise its wastage of time & money
